What we collect
- Your email (to sign you in), optional name and phone.
- Kids’ first names (and optionally age / a phone number you choose to add), visible only to your team.
- Team events, rides, and seat claims you create.
- During a Live Window you accepted: location pings from your device, kept for a few days then deleted.
- A short activity log (who offered / claimed / canceled) for the coach.
What we don’t do
- No ads, no selling data, no third-party trackers.
- No location collection outside a Live Window you accepted.
- No links to children’s phones without a parent’s explicit, logged consent.
Deleting your data
Delete your own account any time from Account settings — it removes your profile, your kids’ records, their ride requests and your location-share history, and deletes any team where you were the only coach. Prefer we do it? Email [email protected].
