Season

Start free team

During early access every team is free — no card needed. We’ll tell you well before anything changes.

No plan, at any price, gives a coach standing access to a child. That is not a feature tier — it is how the product works. Location is shared for one event, only if you accept, and it switches itself off. The rules in full

What a team plan gets you

The same for $9 a month and $49 a season. There is no higher tier.

Every week

  • One board per event: who is driving, who is riding, how many seats are left.
  • A waitlist that promotes itself the moment someone drops out.
  • A coverage number — “6 of 11 kids have rides” — so nobody counts by hand.
  • “Haven’t heard”: the families who have said nothing, named, with one tap to ask them.
  • Invite by link or short code. Parents sign in with an email, no app to install.
  • A morning-of email so everyone knows their ride before they leave the house.
  • Subscribe the team’s events to any calendar app.

Game day, if you want it

  • A Live Window the coach opens for one event, with a start and an end time.
  • Every adult accepts or declines. Decline is the same size as Accept.
  • The map names the kids in each car, not just the driver.
  • It switches itself off at the end time, or the moment anyone taps Stop.
  • A child’s own phone only with a parent’s logged consent, revocable at any time.

Why pay, when the group text is free?

You don’t have to — plenty of teams run carpools on a thread and it works until the roster gets big. What you are paying for is the state: one board everyone sees, a number that says how many kids still have no ride, and a way to do game-day location that does not leave anyone holding a standing link to a family’s phone.
